Agreement
By creating an account or using Cycle CEO ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Cycle CEO.
Eligibility
You must be 17 years of age or older to use Cycle CEO. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
What Cycle CEO is — and is not
Cycle CEO is a business productivity and coaching app that uses cycle-phase awareness to help you plan your work. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, contraception, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a medical recommendation. Always consult a healthcare professional for health concerns.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@cycleceo.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed on the cycle (monthly or annual) you select at checkout.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if you have a concern.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the app's content or code.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Your content
You own the data and content you enter — journal entries, notes, cycle logs, and business information. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
All app content, design, code, and branding are owned by Cycle CEO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle CEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
