Who we are
Cycle CEO ("we", "us", "our") is a business strategy and coaching app built around female biology. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@cycleceo.app.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Cycle and wellness data: period dates, phase, energy, mood, and journal entries you choose to log.
- Business data: goals, tasks, and notes you add to plan your work.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated information about how the app is used (pages, errors, device type) to keep it working.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To run the product — sync your cycle, generate phase-aware suggestions, and remember your plans.
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To process subscriptions and send transactional email (receipts, account notices).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your cycle, journal, or business data with advertisers.
- We do not use your private content to train public AI models.
Service providers
To operate the product we share data with a small set of vendors, only as needed:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Anthropic — powers AI coaching responses. Prompts may include the context you send to your coach.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Your choices
- Access & export: request a copy of your data at any time.
- Delete: delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, billing records).
- Email: opt out of non-essential emails from any message we send.

Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard practices — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access — to protect your data. No system is perfect; if you find a security issue, please tell us at security@cycleceo.app.
Children
Cycle CEO is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
